All rooms have TV and AIR CONDITIONING. WiFi is available on property free of charge. All reservations require a deposit that is non-refundable within 30 days of stay. Any cancellations that are refunded are subject to a 10% service fee. The deposit amount depends on the length of stay. Dockage is usually always available for our guests at an additional charge of $2.00/ft per night. Generally we do not have room for people to store trailers, however if you call and check with us we may be able to accommodate you if it is not a very busy time during your Islamorada Vacation . These are pictures of our Deluxe Penthouse Apartment, which does split in half with 2 double doors to create 2 separate, smaller apartments. The front side is shown first with the bedroom next to it. It comes with a bedroom w/ 2 double beds, bathroom w/ shower, living room w/ TV, telephone, dining area, full kitchen, and a patio deck. The back side is shown in the last picture. It is like a studio setup with 2 double beds, bathroom w/shower, telephone, TV, A/C, kitchenette, and a patio deck overlooking the water. We have 2 beautiful custom designed houseboats available for short and long term rental as well. Dockage is available next to them. Satellite TV is included, as well as a very nice bedroom with a twin size bed, bathroom, and a small kitchen. However there are no cooking facilities on board, except for a microwave and fridge. There is central A/C and a pull-out sofa as well. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is a tremendous site, and you will wake up to it every morning! Our beautiful Ocean Front House is available for rent as well. This house has 3 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room area, and gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen has a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave - everything you need! It also comes with a boat dock for vessels up to 28 feet. The house itself sits adjoining the property of Bud N' Mary's Marina and has separate parking. The house has central A/C, cable television in all rooms, along with 2 bathrooms.
