The magnificent “Mama Linda” is a custom designed 50′ Islamorada house boat docked at Bud n’ Mary’s Marina. The boat is secured to the dock (you cant drive it) and sits right on the ocean.
From the outside the “Mama Linda” looks simple, but when you walk inside you’ll be amazed with the craftsmanship! With central AC, there’s a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a guest bedroom with two extra long twin beds, a bathroom w/ shower, a small kitchenette area, and a living room with two couches and a bench seat.
There is a full size fridge and microwave in the kitchenette but no cooking appliances. The Mama Linda can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Bud N Mary's Marina Vacation Booked a stay along with fishing excursion for my birthday. Staff great from pre-planning to actual arrival date. Suggested places to eat and other things to do. Lazy Days restaurant next door, highly recommend for dinner. Do an amazing job on catch and cook, everything is fresh and prepped to order. Also, Saylor Ashton's Sunrise Cafe is conveniently located on the premises, great breakfast and lunches prepared for your day out on the boat. The rooms are clean, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to multiple dining options, and shopping for all of your needs while visiting Islamorada. Highly recommend, will be visiting again in the future. Very relaxing time spent here.
Chartered a 1/2 day offshore trip. Captain and mate very professional. Whole operation is top notch. Ordered breakfast the day before and a box lunch to take out on the boat. With the marina located 5 miles from the fishing you get a real bang for your buck. The run out took 15 minutes then we started fishing. Weather was very nice and we caught 7 fish. Unfortunately the 2 black Grouper we managed to get out of their holes are out of season until NEXT week. Saw a sailfish but wasn't interested in the live bait we cast in front of him. I highly recommend Bud n' Mary's. The Stanczyk family run a fantastic business. They take care of the customers at any cost.
