The magnificent “Mama Linda” is a custom designed 50′ Islamorada house boat docked at Bud n’ Mary’s Marina. The boat is secured to the dock (you cant drive it) and sits right on the ocean.
From the outside the “Mama Linda” looks simple, but when you walk inside you’ll be amazed with the craftsmanship! With central AC, there’s a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a guest bedroom with two extra long twin beds, a bathroom w/ shower, a small kitchenette area, and a living room with two couches and a bench seat.
There is a full size fridge and microwave in the kitchenette but no cooking appliances. The Mama Linda can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Successful day of fishing We went on the party boat at Bud N Mary’s and had a great day of fishing. Caught lots of fish- mangrove snapper, yellowtail snapper, mutton, porgy, strawberry grouper. And one of my sons caught a shark so he was super excited about that! The captain and deck hands are all very helpful and friendly. Always right there to assist you when you need them.
This marina is great! Came with a few friends for MDW and within 5 minutes on the phone, we had a boat locked down. It was super easy and the boat was new and in great shape! Perfect for the sandbar adventures that we had planned. The whole team is very helpful and pretty funny as well. Couldnt have asked for an easier situation.We will 100% be using this marina to rent our boats every year!!
captains Jimmy and Dave are awesome! Love the Gimme Jimmy - perfect fishing boat. Caught tons of dolphin and Dave knows what he's doing. Highly recommend! Will never fish with anyone else!
