The Aqua Lodge is the newest addition to our houseboat accommodations at Bud n’ Mary’s. It was outfitted in February 2016 and is ready for rental! The boat has a master bedroom with a full size bed and TV, another full size bed is mid ship with 3 walls around it (it’s open on the hallway side), there’s a bathroom with a walk in shower, and in the the living room there’s a tv, couch, and a small dinette area with a table for 2. The Aqua Lodge Houseboat is docked on the inside sections of where our other houseboats are and has a patio area overlooking the marina basin. You’ll see our pet tarpon swimming as you relax on your fishing vacation and enjoy the charter boats returning to their slips at the end of the day. We do not allow cooking on the aqua lodge or any of our other houseboats! We also do not allow children under 15 to stay on the houseboats. There is a fridge and microwave in the kitchenette area. Excellent Fishing Charter w Capt. Trentin Leary I recently enjoyed a half-day fishing charter with Captain Trentin Leary, which was both enjoyable and successful. His extensive knowledge of the best fishing spots ensured we caught plenty of fish. We were happy to know that we had enough for lunch and dinner. Trentin's social nature and expert guidance made the experience educational and engaging. The scenic surroundings and a well-equipped boat added to the day's pleasure. I highly recommend Captain Trentin Leary for an unforgettable fishing adventure.
If you want a lot of fish, this is the place! We have been on 3 fishing trips during our vacation here in the Keys, all at different times of the day and night and on different boats. Our most recent was on the Miss Islamorada and it was by far the best trip of all. We caught way more fish, which was due 100% to the mates help and professionalism in providing a wide variety of baits and techniques and it really paid off. There are other good trips you could take if you want to pay up to 10x as much money but for an all day fun adventure this is the best! We will be back asap.
Excellent!!! We went out on Buzz On with Captain Aaron and his outstanding mate Mason! They both made sure we were well taken care of and made this an outstanding fishing trip. I was there to knock Mahi off my "fish bucket list". They made sure to make it happen.
