The magnificent “Mama Linda” is a custom designed 50′ Islamorada house boat docked at Bud n’ Mary’s Marina. The boat is secured to the dock (you cant drive it) and sits right on the ocean.
From the outside the “Mama Linda” looks simple, but when you walk inside you’ll be amazed with the craftsmanship! With central AC, there’s a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a guest bedroom with two extra long twin beds, a bathroom w/ shower, a small kitchenette area, and a living room with two couches and a bench seat.
There is a full size fridge and microwave in the kitchenette but no cooking appliances. The Mama Linda can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. My Husband & I were on Miss Islamorada for our 20th Wedding Anniversary on January 27th, 2021, it was SO Beautiful out and we had the most Amazing Full Day of Fishing! We had the Best experience and So much fun, we caught So many different types of fish. Ray was so helpful and knowledgeable, he took his time before we went into the deep water to show me how to use the reel and basically show me how to fish myself and not bother my husband so much.. I haven't been fishing in years. I highly recommend Miss Isalmorada and definitley hope to see Ray again, we will be definitely back. They provided everything needed to fish, just get there and bring some food and drinks.
Great day of Fishing with Captain Paul on Relentless Fished with Captain Paul on Relentless and had a great day. Caught goliath grouper, Amberjack, huge mutton snapper and some large sharks. His deckhand Mason is amazing as well. Thanks Captain Paul!!
Awesome Fishing Trips Our family enjoyed two half day fishing trips in March 2019, while on vacation in The Keys. Both our Captains were exceptional and we highly recommended them! The trips were out of Bud n’ Mary’s Marina. One trip booked through the captain ahead of time and one booked through the marina the day before. The first trip was with Captain Mike Walter, in search of a big tarpon to fulfill our daughter Chelsea’s Bucket List. Captain Mike immediately put us on the tarpon and Chelsea was thrilled with the fight of her 80 pounder. The second trip with Captain Dave Peck was for a variety of different species and we caught a lot of fish, which we enjoyed. But the last fish of the day was the highlight and we will remember it as “The Fish of a Lifetime” a 250 lb Goliath Grouper! It truly was an Amazing Experience! More
