Boat Dockage

Bud n’ Mary’s Fishing Marina has a limited amount of transient (short term) boat dockage. We have direct ocean access for boats with a maximum of a 4.5 foot draft and up to 45′ in length. Our channel is fairly narrow, with a rock jetty on the north east side of it, and a “flat” on the southwest side of the channel. You need to pay very close attention when navigating the channel because there is hard bottom on both sides! There is also direct access to the Florida Bay by way of Tea Table Relief bridge for skiffs, small center counsels, and bay boats. There’s an average clearance of 6′ – 8′ under the bridge, but on extreme high tides there is 5.5′ of clearance under the bridge. Less than 2 miles south is Indian Key Bridge which has over 20′ of clearance.

Our short term in-water rates run $5.00 per foot, per night for boats under 30 ft and $6.00 per foot per night for boats over 30 ft. Price includes water.  There is a $1.00 per foot per night discount if you are staying in our accommodations as well.

Limitations

We do not have a boat ramp on site at Bud n’ Mary’s Fishing Marina, however there is a boat ramp at Indian Key Fill located approximately 1 mile south.

There is no trailer storage on site as we are a small facility, but there are some options for trailer storage nearby. We do not have dockage or marina access for sail boats. We also do not allow customers to live aboard vessels docked at our facility (No Live Aboards).

4 star ratingBud and Mary's is one of my favorite things about the keys. The atmosphere is great and the people are SUPER nice. What more can you ask for than a day on the water and great people? I went with the whole family, and when I say the whole family I mean the WHOLE family!!! Brothers, nieces, nephews, parents, you name it they were there and everyone had a great time. Other than a little seasickness and that's the ocean's fault! We couldn't have asked for better day together. My brother heads down regularly and I can't wait to head back and join him.

5 star ratingBest fishing trip you'll go on for the price!! The captain put us on fish all day and boy did we catch them. We went from 9:30-4:30 and between my grandpa, my girlfriend, and I, we caught 2 five gallon buckets full of all kinds of fish. We caught yellow tail, grunts, porgie, and a bunch of other random fish. I saw a couple guys pull in king mackerel. The crew was very knowledgeable and extremely kind and I couldn't thank them enough. At the end of the day it costed $70 per person and they ask for a %20 percent tip to the mate(Which after they helped out all day I was more than happy to give more than %20) and I gave them another $15 for cleaning my fish which isn't required but after they clean that many fish it's worth every penny. I learned a lot and laughed a lot and caught a lot of fish and the day couldn't have been better

5 star ratingWe had a great day fishing on the Miss Islamorada - Captain TJ and mates Ben and Jude were awesome with having everything ready and assisting with the fishing. Was there with my 11 year old and they were great with them. We caught a bunch of fish and it was a memorable day.
