LOBSTER CHARTERS!

(SORRY NO MINI SEASON DAYS AVAILABLE)

With Capt. Sara Stanczyk on the 25 foot Shallow Sport X3

Email Sara to book a charter at floridakeysecotour@gmail.com

$1200 for a 4 hour trip for up to 4 passengers

Gloves, nets, lobster license included.  You must bring your own snorkel gear that fits correctly and is comfortable.

August is the best month to catch lobster but we still do a few trips into September it just starts to slow down some then.  You must be comfortable snorkeling and holding your breath to dive down 10-15 feet deep on average to catch them.  This is not a good activity for small children or people who have never snorkeled before.

STONE CRAB CHARTERS

With Capt. Sara Stanczyk on the 25′ Shallow Sport X3

Email Sara at floridakeysecotour@gmail.com to book a charter

$700 for a 2-3 hour charters depending on weather conditions to go pull the traps, up to 4 people.

Stone crab season is October 15th through May 1st every year.  Learn how to pull and bait crab traps and harvest stone crab claws.  You get to keep the claws to eat!   This is a fun trip for kids and families, very hands on and messy with the fish scraps we use to bait the traps.

Fishing Reports

4 star ratingWell we got this place as a recommendation to cook our fish that we just caught! Great and staff super nice. The Conch Fritters were delicious. Our Snapper was cooked in a sautéed way. But be specific on how you want to cook "your" fish. We thought it was sautéed but actually came sautéed in a battered egg covering. We just wanted the delicious fresh fish taste which didn't happen.
Cole slaw God and basic salad was fine.
Would recommend this place. Good service, good fritters and of course my fish.

5 star ratingMiss Islamorada 300 fish caught A great day on the water. Crew was kind and professional. Over 30 people on the boat and there was room to fish. A little overhang provided some shade. Capt went to three spots and rotated positions so everyone got a chance to fish off the back for yellowtail. Boat pulled in over 300 fish and my daughter and I walked away with 10 mangroves and three yellowtail, best drift boat experience for me personally! Great job to the capt and crew of Miss Islamorada!
