Captain Mark Hlis is a 2nd generation native of Miami and has been fishing South Florida and the Keys since the age of 6.

Today Mark’s passion is fishing the Florida Keys flats and the backcountry for tarpon, bonefish, permit, snook, redfish, and sharks.
